CAA's Simpson to quit next year

CIVIL Aviation Authority director of consumer
protection Helen Simpson is set to quit the organisation after 20 years’
service.
Simpson will leave in July 2004 after overseeing the
completion of the consultation on the future of holidaymaker protection.
She has played a major role in pushing the values of
ATOL protection to the public since taking up the director's role.
The reason behind her departure or future plans have not yet been made clear.
