THOMAS Cook has become the first multiple to sign up to Cadogan Holidays’ Elite Club.

In total 223 Thomas Cook branches from key regions have been awarded Elite status enabling them to receive 21% commission, £10 Marks and Spencer vouchers, 10 visits a year by sales executives and there free educational places a year.

Special terms have been negotiated between Thomas Cook and Cadogan for the 223 branches, with incentives and promotions planned.

Existing Elite Club members include Worldchoice, Advantage and British Airways Travel Shops.

Meanwhile, a second ‘Premier Club’ has been launched by Cadogan for agents who “don’t quite fit the bill” for the Elite Club.

Cadogan aims to have two Elite members and one Premier agency in every town.
