Accor to acquire stake in dorint

FRENCH hotel group Accor is to acquire a 26% stake in
Dorint, a German hotel company.
Accor and Dorint plan to increase commercial and managerial
ties between Dorint’s properties and Accor’s Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure
hotels.
