GRAY Dawes Business Travel Management is to offer clients the ability to make their own travel arrangements on-line from any PC or lap-top following a deal with technology supplier KDS.

The system will allow Gray Dawes clients to check and change itineraries in addition to making bookings. KDS is currently developing the technology and it will go live later this year.

In addition there will be a web-chat facility so the user can correspond in real-time with a consultant via e-mail.
