over 1 million head abroad for easter

HEATHROW airport is expecting to handle 195,000 passengers tomorrow as holidaymakers head abroad for the Easter break.

In the five days until Easter Monday, 800,000 people will pass through the airport. The most popular destinations will be New York, Amsterdam, Paris and Dublin.

In total 1.75 million people are reported to be going abroad for the Bank holiday.
