SIX COMPANIES, including Cosmos, Jetlife and Somak, have quit the Truly Independent Professional Organisation as is starts its third year.

Their decision not to renew membership – mainly due to marketing or budgetary constraints – brings numbers down from 25 to 19.

TIPTO said it is on the verge of signing up three new companies – a travel insurer and two tour operators.
